Electrolux Expands Its North American Certified Chef
Network
Seven additional Chefs were trained and certified earlier this year by
Electrolux Professional North America (EPNA).
They will provide customer training and sales support while helping to
better understand the needs of the end user. This training brings to 11 the
total number of certified chefs in North America.
Corporate Executive Chef Robin Massey conducted the training and curriculum
development of the new class of certified chefs at the Fort Lauderdale
Culinary Event Center (CEC).
Executive Chef Sean Lucas also led some of the classroom sessions with the
newly certified group.
Electrolux Professional North America President, Alberto Zanata says: “we
are proud to have established a professional Electrolux Certified Chef
Network that is able to cover the entire North American market both for
customer training and field sales support.”
“We are able to offer this effective tool to aid in demonstrating the
innovative capabilities and menu flexibility of our equipment solutions,”
Zanata explained.
Having these certified chefs covering numerous market segments and in
constant contact with end users across North America, also presents an
additional information channel to help us get closer to our customers.
The expanded chef network “will help ensure that EPNA is efficiently
listening to the marketplace to better understand the needs of the end user
and how we can adapt our solutions to properly fill those needs,” says
Marlon Garcia Electrolux Professional North America Marketing Communications
Manager.
