Thermo-Kool® Walk-Ins
feature DURATHANE construction--an all-urethane design with
high-density urethane structural members to provide extreme
strength and rigidity in prefabricated panels, without loss of
insulation value.
While most customers' requirements
can be met by walk-ins patterned on standard sizes and
configurations, custom-designed sizes and layouts can be figured to
meet unusual space demands. Standard sizes are those which can be
built up from industry standard 46", 34-1/2", 23", and 11-1/2",
width panels with 12" x 12" 90° corners.

Standard stucco aluminum finish - optional finishes of smooth
aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized steel.
Floor panels of smooth aluminum - optional 16 gauge stainless
steel, treadbrite aluminum and 1/8" aluminum treadplate - all made
to withstand uniformly distributed loads up to 600 lbs. per sq. ft.
- vinyl "U" channel screeds or 2" vinyl Thermo-Screeds for
floorless applications.
Complete refrigeration systems sized to any requirement.
Choice of top or side mounted packaged refrigeration systems or
remote refrigeration units.
A heavy reinforced steel "U" channel frame is foamed-in-place to
give extra support and rigidity to the frame and to prevent
racking, distortion, warping and twisting of the door
section.
